How Our 10-Day Pipeline Works
Home Grower operates on a rolling 10-day cutting schedule designed to keep our rooting pipeline constantly in motion. Here’s exactly what that means for your order:
The System
We cut all strains in our entire roster every 10 days—roughly three times per month. This creates a continuous pipeline of rooted clones always in the rooting process. Even if we sell through our current inventory, the next batch is never far behind.
Think of it like a city bus: If you miss this bus driving away from the stop, no problem. Just wait—the next one’s coming shortly.
Your Order Timeline
Best Case: You order during the week when stock is available. Your order ships within 1-2 business days.
Backorder Scenario: You order on a weekend or a strain is temporarily out of stock. That order goes into backorder status, but here’s the guarantee: the next batch arrives within 7 days. Worst case, your order ships the following Monday after you place it. It will never take longer than that.
Expected Maximum Wait: 7-10 days from order placement to shipment.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
If there’s ever an issue—a snag in propagation, something overlooked, or we can’t fulfill your order as placed—you will hear from a live human being at Home Grower directly. We don’t leave you guessing. We’ll reach out, explain the situation, and work through the details with you personally.
Backordering is Fine
Seeing an item show as “out of stock” or “insufficient quantity”? No problem. We allow backorders knowing the next batch is coming within a week. Your order will be fulfilled on schedule, or we’ll contact you with an update.
Bottom Line: No matter what combination of strains you order or when you order them, you’re never waiting more than a week to see your clones ship out. Period.
